Lasting Connections has been a great find and has saved me from the on-line dating drudgery. It has been a wonderful experience working with Lasting Connections. Ms. Sullivan has a no-nonsense attitude but at the same time immediately puts you at ease, and you can tell she really enjoys her job and is dedicated to helping people find meaningful relationships. She works closely with you on all aspects of your dating journey, from a thorough initial interview about your past relationships and values, to helping build self confidence through a makeover (with a professional makeup artist) and wardrobe consultation, to date coaching when you start meeting people.

She puts a lot of thought into the people she matches you with, based on what you both are looking for but also on those intangible qualities that make people compatible. She helps coordinate the first date, and follows up after each date with both parties, sharing positive or constructive feedback with the other person to either facilitate future meetings, or to eliminate the awkwardness of ending a weak connection.

Her previous experience with recruiting and another dating service is evident in her knack for reading people well, and she is truly invested in finding the best possible match for her clients, making herself available by phone and email into the late hours of weekdays and weekends. Coming from someone who has never really liked the awkwardness of dating and especially first dates, going through the experience with Ms. Sullivan has definitely made it a lot more fun and enjoyable!.

Sameera is an amazing matchmaker and a stylist! When I came to see her, I was a mess and had no sense of style. She actually recommended that I change my whole look and had no problem telling me that I looked like a nerdy tech dude, but that I had a lot of potential, since I was tall with a good bone structure. I had no idea what she meant by this but I went along with her because I knew I was doing something wrong since I wasn’t really getting anywhere with my current style and look.

She started the process by visiting my home. After doing my wardrobe consultation, she got rid of everything. She said my clothes were outdated, boring, and weren’t doing anything for my love life.  She also took me to a salon and had them cut my hair and change the hair style.  I have really blonde hair and light features. She recommended for me to get low lights in my hair and get my eye brows tinted a little darker so my features look more prominent and don’t blend in with my pale face. This woman notices little details that can make a big difference in the way you look!

When we went shopping, she picked out colors and styles for me that suit my skin tone, body and personality. We bought some very nice tailored button down shirts, blazers and jeans that fit well. All this really helped my self esteem and it made a huge difference in how I look and my confidence was definitely boosted! Women actually notice me now and compliment my style and the way I dress.  I feel like more women are willing to talk to me when I approach them. With her date coaching, I am getting better with my skills each day.

I had a complete makeover by Sameera of Lasting Connections and it was the most amazing transformational experience I have had.  Sameera has a way of being blunt, yet funny and gentle at the same time.  She speaks the truth!  She told me that the reason I was single was due to my lack of confidence in myself.  She also told me that I looked like a “washed out mom.”  This is why I was really in need of a style makeover and that is exactly what she helped me with!  It was a revamping of my whole look.  I needed a new look and Sameera gave me the confidence and the tools to rock that new look. I never thought or even dreamed of wearing skinny jeans and now they are my must have jeans!

She helped me become the best person I could be in every way and got me ready for dating with a bang! Her image consulting and date coaching really helped me in attracting the type of mate that I always wanted to attract. I am now a lot more confident in my appearance and in my interaction with men.

Before I met with Sameera of Lasting Connections, I truly thought my wardrobe was current. But as it turns out I was just a bit out of touch. A benefit of working with Sameera has been the boost to my self-esteem and subsequently the confidence with which I carry myself.  It has certainly made a difference in how I interact with people, and what could be more important?

Lasting Connections seems to really take an interest in who you are and what you are looking for. I was on another professional dating service that just was not sending me on dates with the right fit for me.
