Thanks for visiting my site and giving me the opportunity to share why I’m the best at what I do… helping my clients become the healthiest YOU! Simply put, there’s no one else out here with my passion, unique background, or practical application of holistic healing. My formal education began with my fascination of the human brain, led to a degree in psychology, and quickly prompted me to pursue manual therapy. I went back to school and became a certified massage therapist, health educator, and advanced neuromuscular specialist focusing on performance massage for athletes, injury rehabilitation, and pain management for pediatrics and adults. Seeking to further bridge the gap between science and spirit, I sank my roots into ancient Hawaiian culture and moved to Maui. There I immersed myself in learning Lomi Lomi and Kua Lua from an extremely talented physical therapist, kumu Jeana.

These years of seeking, learning, and practicing a variety of healing modalities has created my bio-psycho-social approach to bodywork. Each session is custom tailored to the individual receiving. All 5 senses come into play, along with the sacred privilege of working with another human body and psyche. I take each aspect of the person into consideration before putting my hands on them. That’s why my motto is “Change your health. Change your life.” My clients love the results-oriented work they receive from their compassionate, committed, and consistent therapist, and they keep coming back!
